It depends on scope. A focused single automation or lean AI website can be delivered in 2–3 weeks. A full growth package with multiple integrations typically takes 4–6 weeks. Enterprise engagements are ongoing partnerships. We always give a clear timeline during the Blueprint phase before any work begins.

Very little to start. For the Discovery Call, just your time and a rough description of what you're trying to achieve. After the audit, we'll need access to the relevant tools and platforms (CRM, email, website, etc.) to map your workflows. We guide you through everything step by step — no technical knowledge required on your end.

Our Starter package begins at $2,500 for a single automation or AI feature. The Growth package is $7,500 and covers up to 5 automations or features with multi-system integration. Enterprise pricing is custom and built around long-term partnership. All prices include the discovery call, documentation, and post-launch support. No hidden fees.

Yes. For Growth and Enterprise projects, we offer milestone-based billing: typically 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch. Larger projects can be split into more installments. We're flexible and happy to discuss what structure works best for your situation during the Discovery Call.

All plans include post-launch support: 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Growth. After that, we offer ongoing retainer plans for monitoring, updates, and new features. Enterprise clients get SLA-backed support with dedicated response times. We don't just hand you a product and disappear.

We work with the best models for each use case — primarily Claude (Anthropic) and GPT-4 (OpenAI), as well as open-source models when privacy or cost requires it. We're model-agnostic: we pick based on your needs, not vendor loyalty. We also handle fine-tuning, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and prompt engineering to get the best performance.

Data security is a core part of how we design every system. We use encrypted connections, minimal data retention, and role-based access.
